"New" modifier

The original Homeland Defenders recently added the Endless difficulty, where there are infinite randomly generated waves that get stronger as you go along. I added it into Refired, but as a modifier. The OG game also added new dialogue, which I also added and modified. I also buffed a few towers, most notably all of the paragons. I also made one new cheat code: moresturdy, where all enemies affected gain 1 defense per frame.
